Shipping costs are calculated at a $20 flat rate with an additional $8 per item thereafter for Australian customers.

International deliveries are currently POA, till Australia Post resumes their Economic Parcel Delivery Service post COVID19

The greatest of care is taken when packing all ceramics. Additional packaging and double boxing is standard practice to facilitate the safest possible journey. However should there be damaged caused whilst in transit please photograph the piece and the packaging, and notify me directly.

As all pieces are ‘one of a kind’ an exact replacement is not possible though I will endeavor to replace the item with a similar piece or a refund will be arranged, and I will request that the damaged piece is returned.

I am keenly aware of our footprint on this earth so wherever possible I use recycled and or repurposed packing materials. Each order is packed and shipped within 3-5 days from receipt of payment. A tracking number is provided via email or text.
